Don't dream it's over

Just a random sketch that has been staring at me and giving me the creeps whenever I looked at it. It's been like... "Jodie, finish me, finish meeee!". So I scribbled all over it with my grey markers today in hopes that it would be satisfied. But, it wasn't. So I grumbled, stole my sister's sparkle gel pens, and added a few bits of colour. Then it shut up.

As for who this character is, um... she's sort of one of my "character's in progress". I really like how her eyes turned out.
